Brian is a third generation REALTOR®. Brian's grandfather, Gordon Kissinger, started a real estate agency in 1933. This may be one reason that Brian is a natural success as a Realtor and has an innate vision for real estate. Brian's real estate involvement started at an early age with dining room discussions with his grandfather. There have been many changes to the community and in the early years of change, Gordon was a proponent of supporting the local community. Even today, we carry on Gordon's tradition of the utmost integrity shown thru care for our clients and community.  While serving in the United States Army, Brian grew his high level of integrity and strong work ethic.  These qualities along with his experience in listing and selling real estate have established a solid foundation for finding the right real estate fit for each individual.  His goal is to continue and expand in the same success that his family has had for almost one hundred years.

Brian and Chloe are a husband and wife team that met at Walt Disney World many years ago. That moment started a love affair with each other and with applying the Disney magic to everything they do ever since. They joined forces in the real estate world in 2003 and now have a combined experience of over 30 years! It is their absolute thrill to help their clients make their real estate dreams come true!

Chloe has helped many buyers find the home that is just the right fit for their needs and desires. With over 27 years of sales and management experience, Chloe is quickly able to discern a client's needs and efficiently find the best fit! Due to a love of law and all things right, Chloe holds a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University.  This is one of the many qualifications that sets her apart and better ables her to advise clients as well as her team.  A Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts: English and History with a minor in French and a business concentration started her college academics and a Master's of Science degree from a small university in Boston finished out her advanced degrees. As a real estate consultant and Broker, Chloe has the qualifications and background to discuss your dreams and help you make the best financial real estate decisions.
